The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging,

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and update course curricula, lesson plans, and training materials in line with industry best practices and learning objectives.
2. Deliver engaging and effective instruction through various methods (lectures, practical exercises, workshops, group discussions, etc.).
3. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to facilitate their learning and skill development.
4. Assess student progress and performance through assignments, projects, and evaluations.
5. Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and technologies within their respective fields.
6. Maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
7. Collaborate with the Kaslik Workshop team to ensure program quality and student satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise and significant professional experience (minimum 2 years) in the specific field they intend to teach.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply.
• Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
• Proficiency in relevant software, tools, and techniques specific to the field
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred, however equivalent professional experience will be considered.
